Steps To Creating the Perfect Itinerary
Step 1
Discovery Consultation
It all begins with a quick conversation to help us understand your vision. At this time we explain our retainer which is based on the complexity of the trip and the number of travelers. Once that is complete, we will schedule another conversation to explore in greater detail your Goals, Travel Styles, Preferences and any special requests.
Step 2
Research and Planning
We then get to work. Using our global network of Travel Partners, we create an itinerary that incorporates the best accommodations, activities, guides, recommendations and more.
This will be refined, with you, until it is perfect.
Step 3
Confirmation and Reservations
Once everything is just right, we will provide you with all of the terms and conditions, timing of deposits and final payments, cancellation terms, Visa Requirements, necessary immunizations, etc. Reservations are typically confirmed upon receipt of Deposit with Final payments due prior to travel. This is also the best time to discuss Travel Insurance.
Through our global partnerships, we can often offer VIP treatment with exceptional amenities which may include:
- Room Upgrades, based on availability
- Flexible Check-In, Check-Out options based on availability
- Complimentary Breakfast
Step 4
Travel
Just prior to travel, We will provide you with all Final Documentation, a thorough Itinerary and any necessary vouchers. We request that you do a final itinerary review with us, to walk through absolutely everything and get all questions answered.
We also offer an APP for your smartphone or tablet that will have all information at your fingertips. It is also a communication tool to reach us, or to share your trip with family and friends.
We will also communicate to our partners at your destination to make sure they know our VIP clients are arriving soon!
Final Step
Trip Review
Once you are home and rested, we will have one last call to review your journey. It’s a fantastic opportunity for us to get feed back on our services, our partners as well as your preferences. THEN we can start a discussion about your next adventure!
